The Slap

I hope to be bare with this
The yet untold frank truth
About the rose i see weekdays.

The lust came and i termed it affection
Then the fear clung to my throat
The fear of the forceful steps

When all the courage was collected
And good hopes kept in my pocket
I then took the first leap

She didn't take her door, her friend did,
Shot me a weak story
Then i said ,wake her!!

Five minutes later i faced her
Drunk and lost in her attraction
I will never forget those set of teeth

She actually waved at my eyes
Dragging me back from my trance
Then and there I bared my heart to her

Her name is Amanda
The name that actually took my joy
And fed it to the dogs

As I finished stuttering and talking
She looked me from hair to toes
And banged the door at my face.
